AITCV helps non-government organizations, to enhance project management at different levels, increase local capacity to carry out and maintain development efforts, strengthen accountability to donors and main stakeholders, enhance local people's confidence and control over development decisions and processes. As a result of this, staff of those organizations have appropriate knowledge and skills in community development including basic concepts, main approaches and specific tools/techniques.
